Dog show: the big project
I’m still working on my degree thesis. I have been working on it for almost two years now, but that’s also due to the fact that I have wasted one and a half on a topic I did not really feel my own, so I had to change, fall back to what I had originally wanted to do.
The original idea was to do a book, something that would explore the borders between comics, visual comunication, packaging, tv and cinema. a story about reality and fiction about illusion and hyper-reality, about loosing oneself, about truth and lies, and much more. And that’s what I have decided to be doing as my degree work.
I have code-named this project Dog Show and will certainly be posing some stuff about it from time to time. This is a first sketch for the protagonist…
Sono due anni ormai che lavoro alla tesi, un’anno e mezzo sprecato ad inseguire un tema che non sentivo veramente. Di conseguenza ho dovuto abbandonare questo tema, ritornando a quello che volevo fare fin dall’inizio: un libro che sondasse gli spazi vuoti tra il fumetto e la comincazione visiva, tra la realtà e la finzione, tra l’illusione e l’iperrealtà, tra la verità e la bugia….
Questo progetto risponde al nome in codice Dog Show e sicuramente ve ne parlerò ancora. Questo è un primo studio per il protagonista…

Cmq seguendo il progetto da un pò più vicino degli altri, devo dire che mi piace molto la forma che sta prendendo, il mondo dentro e quello che lo circonda e…e poi non dico più niente altrimenti addio sorpresa!
Mi raccomando Hanz! Avanti tutta e cerca di finire sta benedetta tesi! susu!
